Try this simple yet flavorful recipe using our Gourmet Adobong Tahong!

Ingredients:

  • 2 bottles Gourmet Adobong Tahong (Classic or Spicy, drained)
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped finely (feel free to add more)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 pack all purpose cream
  • 1/2 barย quickmelt cheese, grated
  • 1/2 bar cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/8 cup parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F
  2. Line a 9x9 square/round baking pan with foil, and grease lightly with oil
  3. Drain excess oil from Adobong Tahong
  4. Arrange the Adobong Tahong evenly on the baking pan
  5. Sprinkle lemon juice over the tahong and let sit for 5mins
  6. in a separate bowl, mix together garlic, all purpose cream,ย and all the cheese, mix well
  7. Pour garlic-cream-cheese mixture over theย Adobong Tahong
  8. Bake for 20 to 35mins until cheese melts andย slight browned
